Invector BPS Special Steel Field Model 28"

Hello everyone,
I have the 20 ga. Browning Invector BPS Special Steel Field Model 28" (shoots 2 3/4" and 3" shells) and I was wondering successful choke/shot combos?  I would prefer to shoot Long beard XR's (or something comparable price wise) and not get into the TSS realm.  Any help would be much appreciated, just need something that'll get the job done and have a decent pattern....nothing extreme.  Thanks!
