A special call for my son

I made this Special Turpin Shortbox for my son last Christmas.  Kelly Puckett captured "The Mallard Motel" with all it's memories.  I put this blind in Peru Swamp, along the Mississippi River, 25 years ago when he was in high school.  The winter of 1993 we took 865 legal ducks out of this blind.  A special time and place!
