If I was to physically lower my Vortex Venom sight making it closer to the receiver,  would it raise or lower my point of impact?

In theory, It would raise it( probably not much)assuming you went straight down with no side to side unknown movement.

Why not just change POI by adjusting the red dot???

Is this a riddle? Lol
