Fiber optic beads just aren't working for these old eyes in low contrast settings and around fly-down time.  Gotta red dot or two that I like, but think that there might be a happy medium between a fiber optic bead and a red dot or scope.

A handful of manufacturers are marketing tritium (low light/night sight) front beads.  Those makers include: Marble Arms, XS Sight Systems, Meprolight, and Truglo TFO.

Anybody here have any experience with these (or others) and their application for turkey hunting???

Not a shotgun application but I used to have a tritium pin on a compound bow sight.  It worked in very low light but once the sun came up I felt it was inferior to FO pins.  Ended up ditching the tritium.  Of course, everyone's eyes are different, too.  FO sights aren't created equal.  Those which have long exposed tubes will be brightest in lowest light.  My solution to aging eyes was a reflex red dot and I haven't looked back.  Good luck.
