As previously mentioned, best bet would be to get some sort of adjustable sight, but here is another way to look at this.  On a typical shotgun with a bead, your eye functions as the rear sight.  Assuming you shoulder the gun consistently, low and right would indicate that your eye is low to the rib and to the right.  Raising the comb and some padding to the inside of the butt will raise your eye and center it over the rib.  You'll have to experiment a bit to figure out how much you need.  You can make a ghetto pad with moleskin or tape to check this out in the field or there are several comb raising kits that aren't too expensive on the market.  Good luck!

First of all let me say thanks to everyone who offered suggestions. I went out last night and did a little more shooting and my POI was much closer to where it needed to be. The only thing I can think of is that I was pulling the gun down and to the right a tiny bit right before I pulled the trigger. Not sure if I was bracing for the shot a little or what.

I'm still considering getting a red dot though and I really want the Burris FF2 but the wife won't let me spend that kinda money right now. Anyone heard anything good or bad about this one from TruGlo?

Glad it is starting to come together for you you will enjoy shooting more now. Get what you  can afford now and save up for a quality sight system for next year. The money you saved not having to get a new gun or use a gunsmith should help. Good luck

The choke can change your POI considerably. You could try a different one.

I had the same problem with my 870 Super Mag but it was shooting low and left. I tried all kinds of different chokes and I finally got mine back shooting straight by using the factory Full choke. I didn't want to use any optics I just wanted to look down the barrel and shoot and being this was my Duck hunting gun also and didn't want to fool around with mounting and unmounting scopes every year.
