I'm looking for a fan/beard mount. Anyone here make one out of oak or pine? I didn't keep the Spurs.

happy made one for me as well. Can't recall the wood combination but it looks nice. If I should ever kill another nice bird, I may try and talk him into making another for me again.

This is one of my fan mounts I made for a good friend of mine years ago.

Barn wood is awesome. I have mounted deer and one coyote on barn wood and they look great. I have even made a shelf to mount beards and lined my shelf with calls. They all look great and the good thing is the barn still has enough wood to last me a lifetime. Actually its and old chicken coop made of solid oak and very weathered.
