Jack Mincey (JLM) probably the best sounding tonal call made which is completely hand-made w/ a cedar mouthpiece.  Not as loud as a Gibson or Mallardtone.

I use their crow call which can be doubled as a screaming hawk call if you take the time to learn it.  The calls have good sound and have won numerous awards.  You can check them out on Facebook or at deadlyattractiongamecalls.com.  They are based out of NC and Brian does a kill job making the calls.
