So what is it, a pot and peg? All metal construction should be interesting...

I bought an aluminum pot and peg call. Man does that thing sound good. I've always been a diaphragm caller, but will be branching out this year.

You'll have fun with that pot call, the ability to slightly change pitch on purrs mid-run is why I usually only yelp and cluck with a mouth call. The realism I can get with a pot on that type of sound makes sure I have about three more of them in the vest than I usually need.

The first daffodils are getting ready to pop here, won't be long now.

So who here has the earliest season start date? I know we have some Michigan and some Missouri......haven't heard any other states. Michigan starts April 18.
