I have about 75 long boxes from most of the top callmakers out there and these would be the last two I would ever let go. Ole Jane, a Red Cedar over wormy Butternut killing machine made by Chuck Anderson and a Red Cedar over Flaming Box Elder Fencepost made by David Ferguson.

That Ferguson fencepost is awesome.  And I try not to use that word much.

She's not only real nice to look at but this call is second to none when it comes to sound. Love this caller. Made by Ed Terefencko

That is one beautiful long box Bill.  What's the wood?

I have a service berry over walnut fiddle box that is killer. I hand picked it from about 50 calls. I bet the long box will be sweet.

x2. I have a "few" as well. Best paddle call, long box maker IMO.

My favorites

Black Limba DoDat
Butternut paddle
Butternut/Holly parquet paddle.

All have cedar lids.

I'll keep this box as long as I live. I have others that look better, and sound better too, but nothing can replace this one

First call my dad ever built in 1994. It has killed a few birds and I try to hunt with is at least one time a year.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field
