Franchi Affinity Forcing Cone

The other day I was cleaning my Affinity. I looked down the barrel at the forcing cone. I noticed what looked like machine marks (grooves) in the forcing cone. I was expecting it to be smooth. Have any of you other Affinity folks noticed this with your gun?
