What is a good adjustable sight that I could move up, down, left, or right if necessary?

Would an open style sight be good or would a scope or red dot be better?

That is like asking which is better belt or suspenders. They both will work. They only adjustable sights I have used were on an encore. I have used a burris but only a little. It was dead on left to right when mounted and only needed slight adjustment for up and down. It is not click adjustment and takes a little getting used to.

I have used the Tru-Glo Magnum Gobble Dot sight in the past but decided to give a Burris Speed Bead (FF) a try this season.

Yep you can adjust both windage and elevation on the Burris.
