Toms, Jakes or Hens????

Just got back from my new hunting lease here in NC and brought back a few pictures from the cameras. I could use some help deciding what I'm seeing...can't tell if they're Toms, Jakes or Hens in the pictures.

Any help is appreciate for this novice turkey hunter!!!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is a few ways you can tell the difference between hens and jakes/toms.
black in color = Tom or Jake
Long Legs usually = Jake
Very small or no spurs = Jake
Also the head seems to be reddish in color.

not toms to much reddish brown might be Jake's,
