Wisconsin Gobbler

Nothing special about this bird.  Was going after some much bigger gobblers but they just wouldn't leave their hens or I ended up in the wrong position.  One spur was 1" and the other was only 1/2" and looked abnormal like it was flaky dry rot or something. 

Still it was nice hearing his gobbles getting closer followed by the spitting and drumming.  My bachelor party is May 10th and will consist of a group turkey hunt.  This guy will go into the deep fryer then.

Congrats Brian on a great hunt! I would have been proud to have killed his brother today! I'm sure you'll kill the big one before its over.
