I have a question that maybe some of the people on here that are making Trumpet / Yelper calls on a regular basis may be able to help me out with.  I am looking to get a hold of some Derlin to make some mouthpieces for some of the trumpet calls that I have been making.  Does anyone on here have any recommendations or suggestions for a supplier for purchasing Derlin raw stock in either rod form or flat sheets at leaset 1/2" to 5/8" (diameter or thickness).  I have used corian in the past to make some of my mouthpieces and it works well but its brittle when you are turning to small diameters.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Any other suggestions for mouthpiece materials would be more than welcomed!!!

Go to Penn State and order some Water Buffalo. It comes in a pair of 6" for around $12. Works better and looks better. You will find that's what most of us use. Here is a link
