Just jumped on the 20 gauge wagon again! This time with a 1187 camo compact. I need y'all's help with this short barrel. I'm use to a 26" this new one is 21". I'm planning on calling Sumtoy for a choke. And I'll be shooting Fed HWT 6s/7s. What have y'all found to be effective.

Side note: this gun will serve two different shooters. Me as a backup and Girlfriend as a primary, so I'm not too concerned with big 10" #s at 40 just good even/forgiving hunting patterns.

I shoot the rem super full and get around 150 in 10 @   40 in with fed HW 7

I have a RSF, SSX, and .575 Carlson. I going to try each one of these with Fed HWT 7s&6s. I Like the pattern from the 7s but it's easier to find the 6s locally. Plus I've already seen that the 6s will pattern fairly well in another 20 gauge. I hope I can find a setup that'll provide a good pattern with both shells.
