tail position

all you veteran decoy users....

just noticed that my jake B-mobile has two tail mount positions...

1- straight up in fan positions
2- straight out the back

what am i communicating in the straight out the back position ??
and do i fan it out or leave it closed or semi-closed ??

havent used it in a few years and was lookn at it and wondern'
cause i might sell it...
