Do the SBE I's have a chrome lined barrel? polish or not?

I did a deep clean on the my Benelli SBE I that I bought sunday, what gonna just do a light polish job, is this a good or bad idea on a Benelli Super Black Eagle I... Ive heard they have chrome lined barrels, or is that just in SBE IIs???

They're chrome. Mudhen knows his stuff, you can trust him. A bore mop and some good cleaner/oil will get your benelli barrel just as shiny/clean or moreso than would polishing any other barrel. I used kroil on a bore mop in mine, and when I was done, about blinded myself wehn I held it up ro the light bulb to see if it was clean enough!
