Need choke recomandation

I have a bps 10 with 24" barrel using factory full choke it does ok with fed heavy wt #7. But want to get it real tight what chokes have you guys been using when running the heavy wt #7?

Kicks .695 or .690 great choke and works very well!!!!!!
