Guys I am going to hit the lease in the AM, we'll see if I can hear the first birds of the year. I'll report back tomorrow evening.

Guys I only heard one bird all morning. He fired up about 6:35, and gobbled 5 times on roost then hit the ground and gobbled twice. That was it for the morning. I thought it would be alot more noisy, but it wasn't. The DNR has burned one huge section of alnd bordering us, and I can't help but think, that will be very good for us once things start to come up out of the burn.
