I think that both ways work great but I'm leaning more to run and gun. I spend enough time sitting still during deer season. I just want to move more since turkey hunting allows it. I find it easier to introduce more people to hunting with a run and gun approach because they find sitting in one spot harder. They are either not comfortable or ADHD kicks in.

Slow and steady for me but i cover alot of ground.I know my hunting areas well so if one gobbles i can move to that location and hearing that one gobble gives me the patience to wait him out.

I hunt the ridges and drainages of Shawnee National Forest, Il. and try to cover as much ground as possible during the early morning prime gobbling times.

I'm more of a run-n-gun style, but I can sit and wait 'em out if I have too.
