REALLY sorry!   But look up the word  in websters, "The meaning of the word 'retard' is "to be delayed" as in 'retard the timing'.
If it is used to diiscriminate against someone less fortunate then that is one thing. Talking about myself is another, but I do appologize that you were offended or anyone else.
