Just thinking about adding one of these to my 870 for use with my Burris FF sight. Anybody using one of these or something like it? If so what do you think, does it help?

Have one on both of my Browning Golds - love it on that gun, makes sure my cheek is planted.  They get pretty thrashed out over time and start to look a little rough, but these ain't my pretty guns...

I'd recommend that you look at the "Cheek Eez" stick on pads. They come in several different thicknesses and work very well.

I have had real good luck with the bear creek comb raising kit. I like the fact that I can adjust the height by adding or removing the foam pads. Thats just my opinion though the one from brownells might work better for ya.

If I had a dollar for every gobbler I thought I fooled I'd be well off!
