Posted before the crash about the son being able to pick up these guns new (2010 model) for $300 with warranty. He bought 3 at that price. One for the 8 year old grandson for his first shotgun. It had some ejection issues to start, but after ejecting a box of shells thru it, the gun has been fine. Shoots like a dream, and thanks to Shootum on his recomendation. This gun weighs less than 6 pounds, and my 8 year old grandson handles it with ease.

  How about a picture.  I'll have a second grandson in June so instead of picking up two 870 youth models maybe one will be a semi-auto.
