For all of yall looking for a new twist for your goose, here you go.

6-8 Goose Breasts
4 TBL Garlic (Diced)
1 Medium Onion (Diced)
3 TBL Olive
16 oz Sour Cream
2-26 oz Cream of Mushroom soup
Egg Noodle

Place the Olive Oil in the pan with the Garlic and Onions on medium low heat.

Slice the breasts in half ( so as to make 2 breast from 1) then slice lengthwise about 1/2-3/4 wide then cut into strips about 3 inches long, and place ionto the pot, until browned.

After the meat is browned turn to lowest setting on your stove cover and simmer for about 1-2 hours or until tender.  Dont drain the juices

Add the soup and sour cream to you likeing.

serve over egg noodle with garlic bread and enjoy

Thanks. I'll have to try that. It sounds a lot easier than the other recipes I have for stroganoff.
