20 ga Nova choke advice

I just got a Nova 20 ga and need advice on what choke to get. I will be shooting Win Long Beard 6, Fed 3rd Degree or Heavy 6/ ?
7.5. I'm thinking .565/.568 ?.

Shooting lead loads you can shoot a little tighter choke in your gun 562 to 565 should shoot good. For shooting tss out of your gun I would go more open 568 to 570 if you ever decide to shoot tss. I found shooting more open choke with tss they shoot tighter.
