Long Box assistance

I have seen some very beautiful long boxes on this board. All are amazing.  I make standard 6-piece boxes and some half moons as well. I'd like to try some one-piece long boxes.  I have standard shop tools and I think I can do the entire box with the exception of the milling/drilling of the inside.  If possible and not too time consuming, can some offer some suggestions as to how they "work out" the inside of a long box?

In my mind, I'm thinking some sort of mill bit or a forstner bit?  I only have a small drill press so maybe this will not work ( at least the milling bit )?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Jeff

Forstner bit, SHARP hand chisels, sandpaper, pocket knife, patience, and a good eye.

The hard part is keeping the angle and thickness on the soundboards consistent.

Thanks C&R, appreciate the comeback.  I guess this will get me started?
