Hi Guys:
New here first post. Have been shooting a Kicks GT .670 and Win. HV #5s. I want to try the Hevi 13 #7s. Please give me some advice on which Choke to go with. Maybe some 40 yd numbers. Thanks Guys. Probably going to be selling the Kicks once I decide on a choke.

I would try that kicks out first!  The .670 is a popular size for the invector plus.  I shot the kicks .675 this year with the 3" hevi 7's and had great patterns.  Also, if the .670 doesnt give ya what ya want Kicks will swap ya for the size you want.

I have both a Pure Gold .670 and an Indian Creek .675 that I use with my BPS (3.5"/26" barrel).  The Pure Gold shoots a little tighter with Hevi-13 7's and Mag Blends...

Mine only has a 3" chamber, so I ended up with a Pure Gold .670 and Hevi-13 3-2-7's.  I would definitely try the Kicks first, since you already own one.

I've got both a .675 and .665 Indian Creek for my BPS.  The .675 patterned the 31/2" Magnum Blends and Hevi-13 #6's better than the .665 and the .665 was slightly better than the .675 with the 31/2" Hevi-13 #7's.

BPS is an awesome turkey gun, I think you fellas need to post some patterns!

The IC .675 patterned better for me than the IC .665 with the H-13 #6's.  I mostly use the Pure Gold now just because it is easier to clean.

Here's a 25 yd pattern (aiming @ waddles) from a few weeks ago with the PG .670 and H-13 # 7's...

I believe my numbers from patterning these loads last year @ 40 were in the 250-260's with the #7's and 220-230's with the Mag Blends.  Both the PG and IC numbers were pretty close.

Kicks website states they don't recommend shooting hevi thru the kicks gt......

I have a browning silver and after extensive patterning found the .675 to be its choke of preference.  With an IC .675, a polished barrel and nitro 4x5x7s I'm shooting 287 pellets in a 10" circle at 40 yards.

I'd recommend going with a .675 Indian Creek, .670 Rhino, or .675 Sumtoy.

I haven't personally run the Sumtoy through my browning just yet but I did recently purchase one for my Remington 870 Super Mag.  With hevi-13 6's (2.25ounce) and a .650 sumtoy, I shot 241 in a 10" circle today at a measured 40 yards.

After today's results with sumtoy, I'll be experimenting with my browning very, very soon.

Did you try a .675 Kicks?  Are you using the H510C 4x5x7?

Brit,
I've never shot a kicks.  To the best of my knowledge, they do not recommend shooting hevi-shot through their products and that's all I shoot out of my turkey guns.  As for the nitros, yes, they are 510C 4x5x7s...

That being said, I have a buddy with a 12 ga BPS shooting a customized nitro duplex load of 6x7s out of a .675 IC and he shoots somewhere in the 330's, I believe.

That pattern would deffinately wreck his day.
