I have a green slate over glass I have been working on, would like some feed back on the sound.
my cadence is not the best on the yelp just trying to make sure that the turkey sound is there before I make
a few more with these dimensions.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field

The clucks are nice. I'd personally like a little more high end on the front of the yelp. To my ear there's too much backend, but that's just my opinion and I don't have any idea how you achieve that. It's sounding pretty dang close, though!

I have been building for 6-7 years,  this is the first I have tried any of the different color slates.

I have two different pots with the green slate, different inner designs,  this one just sounded better to me, i will have to post a vid of the other one i think it has a higher front end

The grey slate is what I first started with will have to post a sound file with a few different strikers.

Little more of a higher pitch on the from and that would be a really good call..

I like the sound, good job on it

Thanks for the input, Changed the weight on the striker seemed to raise the pitch.   will have to post a new video to see what
you all think.
