The barrel looks like a Turpin for sure, maybe Roger Latham era?  The mouthpiece appears to be white delrin.  Which was not used on older Turpins.  I'm wondering if it could be a hybrid with an older barrel and newer mouthpiece.  We'll need some more eyes on it.

Do not know how they determine value or if it is true market value, but lava creek has two. One is $150 and one is $200.
