Anybody that shoots one of these please post up some pics of your setup.  Thinking about getting one and would like to see how everybody's is setup.  Just seems odd how the barrel is drilled/tapped about half way down the barrel.  Just looking for some reference pics.  Post em up please! Thanks...

i have the stevens 10 gauge 36 inch "long tom".....i bought new in early 80's for 93 dollars new, they had to order it for me.
Got the NEF.......10 gauge shorty......see my thread :::: Bobby Ray......lot better turkey gun than my old stevens, shorter and lot better pattern.

NEF is a Turkey killer for sure. FlyingTurkey......i had mine drilled and tapped per NEF spec's. mine was the older model and had screw in choke, i had it drilled and tapped for around 40 bucks, several years ago--------red dots are the crapz Party time

NEF make great guns i have them in shotguns from four hundred and ten to 10 gauge
NEF rifles from .17 rimfire to 45-70........good guns

That shotgun is factory drilled and tapped for a pistol scope. I had a Leupold 2x on mine for a couple of years. Here is Thunder (NEF Pardner SB2 10 ga.) and her sister Lightning (H&R Topper Deluxe Classic 12 ga.)

Those are some very good looking 10 gauges.  I also have an NEF SB2 I bought way back before I joined the Marine Corps.  I think I got mine in 1993-94 maybe.  I slayed a few birds with it.  I cannot even remember what load I used, but I have become very interested in pulling it out of mothballs and putting a red dot on it, and maybe putting a new choke in it for HEVI SHOT.  I had my 11-87 Super Mag go down this year, and it cost me a Tom, so I think I am going to put the SB2 together to make sure I never get put into a bind like that again.  Here is a few pictures of mine.  Totally stock with the factory choke.

Great forum, I am an avid Turkey hunter and you all have already taught me alot of great things.  Semper Fi.  Scotty
