I’ve got a Wendell Rye ceramic I really love. It’s a chestnut pot. Also got a Larry Gresser ceramic that’s pretty nice. It’s a laminate pot. That said, there was a Chris Brumfiel acrylic pot ceramic surface posted recently on here that was sexy as hell. That’d be an absolute monster of an all weather call. If I was in the market for a new one that’s probably how I would lean.

noisy box call that seems to sound like a flock of juvenile hens pecking their way through a wheat field

All these that have been suggested are good ones, From good call makers.
You will do well with any of them, But I'm partial to ours.

I can’t believe the nobody has said anything about Daybreak calls.  Gary Anderson’s  ceramic in padauk.   You won’t find a better one.

I have had strong results with ceramic over slate in a Zebrawood or Canarywood.
Matched with a 1 pc Orion striker.  The pot calls I sell have a "love the sound and quality or return for full refund guarantee".  No returns so far...
