Question on TSS #9 20 gauge

I have been hunting with Fed. TSS #9 20gauge PTSSX259F9 yellow in color and I really like the performance of these. Now I am seeing the same load except the velocity is 1200 FPS versus 1100 FPS.
The shells are red in color and normally sell $2.-$3. Less. My question is what is the difference other than price an velocity.( Please disregard I was wrong I was looking at 12 gauge)

If they're red in color I doubt they're 20 gauge. All 20 shells are yellow
