See it used all the time in box calls, but is butternut any good for pots?
What type of calls if so?

I have a call from Roberts brothers model 400 it’s a double sided butternut,good call!

Other then that I don’t think I have ever seen a butternut pot call.

I have a older Sneed Hot Hen slate out of butternut sounds really good have it put away for my grandson

I made a couple this spring. I did butternut pots with butternut soundboard under crystal. The sound was awesome. I will be doing more with butternut.
