The weatherman says I am going to have to hunt in the rain during that last week of the season season. The forecast is showers starting Monday night and lasting through Friday with a 5-10 mph wind, temps 60-65F, barometer low Monday, rising through Wednesday, and falling through Friday. I can hunt all day and multiple days during the week. I can go to river bottom swamps surrounded by fairly open fields with some woods or mountains with mixed timber and no fields. Both are public and have likely seen a fair amount of pressure this season. There is more ground availabale to cover in the mountains. Which area would you choose?
