410 patterns

I've got a 410 Yildiz that has had the Sumtoy treatment. What would be a reasonable shot count to expect?

Mine shoots in the 150s with handloads #10s at 40yds. I've seen some way better. He cut my barrel and threaded, trigger work, and put a optic base on it.

With a sumtoy .382 choke, mine is consistently in the 170s with Hal's 13/16 load of TSS 10s at 40 yards.

Here's my 30 and 40 yard patterns from this week. Federal TSS 9s and not what I was expecting.

Were you expecting more in the 10"? I don't have it that good at 35 yards. But I'm still hunting down a better choke and shell. I'll probably go with .390 instead of the .385 and Nitro 9X10.

Yeah I was looking for a little better in the 10. I'm thinking of trying the Comp n choke and see what it will do.

My Comp N Choke shot a little better with about every load I tried. Mr. William sent me a different choke to try but have not been able to shoot it yet.

Got my Stevens 410 301 just after spring season so haven't shot a turkey pattern yet but wasn't planning on 40 yards with that little critter.    Thinking more 25 to 30 at most with tss 9's but we'll see.    Came with a  factory turkey choke not sure constriction but did shoot a dove LUCK  with it the week before my bypass surgery     LOL
