I'm getting one of these eventually, but right now I don't have the money to spend—I might pull the trigger on post-season clearance.
In the meantime, any ideas on what to keep my box call and pot + 2 strikers in, so I can at least protect them from everything else in my bag?
I've heard of sticking boxes in bread bags to prevent them from getting wet, but that's it.

Contact Yelpy or Glenda Green here, they both make very good products that are well spoken of. I have one of Glenda's cases for trumpet calls and it is very nice. Here is Glenda's trumpet pouch. Last photo shows some but not all of the other items she makes, please note I am not sure if the prices are current.

Yep, but if I just type the name in, it'll bring up a ton of people with the same name.

wchadw, do you find you prefer this over a traditional turkey vest? The satchel seems to be about the same price as a decent vest.

I switched when I went to gobble lounger style chair. I am getting old and I can sit comfortable in chair for hours where I could not with vest/cushion

The satchel is quality and holds as much as you want to put in it. It's light and I can carry it and chair and it's not any worse than a loaded out vest

This one is the large bag. She has a smaller one.
This one will pack a lot if you want. I carry too much.
Mine has a Montana decoy
Box call
Themacell
Snake bite kit
5 pots
10 strikers
Gloves
Facemask
Owl and crow calls
Jet slates
Odds and ends

I have one of Glenda Greens Satchels ordered. I received an e-mail from her last night that she is working on a batch of them this week and they will be finished Friday.  I am excited to try one as an alternate to my vest.
