1st day in Va

Nice brisk morning, private Urban turkey. As easy as they come, Not! My son educated them last weekend. Had a live decoy come is twice starting around 8. Turkeys were still flocked up, making it even worse. This turkey seen the hen I scratched up and came in. Watched him come for 125 yards strutting the whole way.
Turkeys gobbled well this morning, and did hear a few (3) shots.

Anyways, good turkey. 23# 6oz, 10 1/4" beard, 1 spur @1 1/4" the other @ 1 1/8

Turkeys gobbled a few times on the roost this morning but did nothing afterwards. Had to get home to put the ham in the oven..
