I have a buddy who has an 870 20 gauge Wingmaster 870 Im trying to talk him out of.
 He thinks its from the early 70s very good condition
 Any idea of what I should offer him?

 Im not even sure if I can pry it out his hands.
 I just want to make him a fair offer and see where it goes.

I haven't kept up on prices, but I would pay more for that gun than I would for a new Remington

some of those older fixed full chokes will throw a nice tight even pattern

gun broker has a past sales feature that would give you some idea on prices
hope it works out for you
