Wisconsin Gov . Evers has directed the DNR to close 40 state parks, Forests, and recreational areas. Just an FYI for those coming to Wisconsin to hunt.

All the WI state park closures are in the more heavily populated SE part of Wisconsin.    Certainly check your area, but as of Friday all turkey hunts remained on.   WI is a top 5 turkey state and it appears to show some balance here.

Quote
Properties closed to the general public remain open for turkey hunting. All access guidelines in place before the closure directive remain in place. Check individual hunting maps by property because hunting is restricted at certain times and in some areas of these properties.

MN and WI are pretty true to their hunting base and most everything remains "on" as long as people use their heads and have some patience at busier places (example: popular boat ramps).   It is when people show simple disrespect for the rules that the state or local authorities shut it down.

I will also note that essentially 100% of the first two seasons are WI residents only.  It is WI residents that get to hunt the state parks.   Typically the third or fourth season is when nonresidents get a change at a license via draw or over the counter.

Certainly still check! I know out of state hunters that came to hunt Wisconsin  the late periods and camped in the state parks. That’s currently  a  NO for the parks listed.

Maryland is trying to minimize hunting without actually closing the season by using convoluted language and mixed messages to dissuade hunters.

"During the stay at home order, recreational fishing, hunting, and crabbing, including intentional catch-and-release, in Maryland is prohibited. Engaging in these activities is permitted only if seeking sustenance for you or your family. No Maryland resident should be leaving their home unless it is for an essential job or reason, such as obtaining food or medicine, seeking urgent medical attention, or other necessary purposes."

I guess you have to carry a picture of an empty freezer or smoker to show you are seeking sustenance and not recreationally hunting

They've closed a few parks close to Baltimore and all primitive camp sites.

4/28 update

States with 14 day visitor quarantines remain much the same. Some are non relaxing some of the restrictions, and more to follow. Not looking great for out of state trios before seasons end for spring turkey, Fishing remains hopeful. updates for-Alaska, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington

Kentucky is no longer selling Non-Resident Turkey tags. If you have bought one you must Quarantine for 14 days When you enter the state.

Just purchased my KY non-resident license and Turkey tag online.  That is at least one state that won’t be able to stop me if this China virus mess continues into the 2021 spring season.  Now just need to score non-resident licenses for KS and NE but no online option available at this point in time.

I suggest you guys get your non-resident licenses NOW in case they shut sales off like some states did last year!
