Winchester 1300 - Primos Tightwad .660 - Longbeard XR #5

236 hits in 10" circle @ 40yds.  (I centered the pattern on the next shot so it's dead-on now).  I briefly tried the 20ga TSS thing with a Stoeger 3020.  It performed about as you would expect it to perform, but the stoeger is slightly heavier, it actually kicks harder with TSS than my 12 ga 1300 shooting longbeards, and the shells were $10/each instead of $2.

The grass isn't always greener...

With a pattern like that from a relatively cheap choke and #5 lead loads, I say stock up on as many boxes of those same shells from that lot number and live happily ever after.  Awesome pattern.

Am I the only one that thinks that looks like the Death Star?

Great looking pattern!! I'm just curious...how long is the barrel on your 1300?  Thanks and good luck this season!

Ive harvested my share of Gobblers and they all succumbed to Winchesters LB 6 shot not going the the tss route quite yet. Nice pattern though.   :firefighter:
