Not much with my guns. Be sure to pattern on a windless day though. Even a slight wind will change POI at 40 yards. Before someone says "well you are gonna hunt in wind anyway" consider that you don't sight your deer rifle in off hand either, you use sandbags and the best conditions you can to prove the gun.

Majority of turkey guns I have had over the years shoot a good POA/POI until I start shooting HTL out of turkey choke. Believe it has as much to do with the particular wad as it does the constriction. Love when I get a gun/choke combination that it stays on no matter what load.  My Beretta Outlander/Jebs .660 shoots perfect with lead and Hevi 13 loads. Like that because double beads is my favorite way to hunt. Not much can go wrong.
