Anyone from/hunt northern West Virginia???

Anyone on here from the northern panhandle area of West Virginia, particularly south of Wheeling? My non-hunting in-laws have some sizeable properties up that way and I have some general questions about the area.

Hunted deer there.  Never turkeys.

Seems like it could be a frustrating place to get on a gobbling bird.  Where I hunted deer, the ravines were so stinkin steep ……. !!!   Narrow...……..but STRAIGHT DOWN in and STRAIGHT UP out !!!!!!!
