Yes sir we had a damn good squad last year! Spent my final morning in the deer stand 2 weeks ago, a roosted gobbler made me late to my stand but well worth hearing those spring sounds in December. LFG

Good deal !!!

Was out with the flintlock 2 days after Christmas and had birds gobbling up the ridge from me.

Yesterday morning, saw a flock along the highway.  There were at least 2 or 3 strutters.  Big weather change today.  Probably won't see THAT again for a good while, now.................

Let's do this...I've got about 5 longbeards that will hopefully stick around come spring. Best I can tell they are 2 and 3 year olds but maybe one of them sho nuff limbhangers will show up!
