Irving Whitt scratchbox

Got this in the mail today from Whitt.  Red cedar with hand-carved gobbler and all the IHW fixins.  Sounds great like a mature hen.  I've always admired his style of callmaking and his amazing artistic talent.   He's one of my favorite guys to talk to at Unicoi also.

Very pretty call. I got to speak with him one evening on Facebook and he was certainly very polite and seemed to be a very genuine man.

I told him I could not afford his calls at the moment and he still took quite a bit of time to speak with me and treated me no different after I told him I could not be a customer right off. Many people would just blow you off right there on the spot, He very much impressed me both in his creations and his mannerisms.
