Favorite vest?

Whats your favorite hunting vest? I have a Alps with the built in seat but its heavy. I have been thinking of going to hip or waist pack.

Just a fanny pack for me.  Ditched the a few years ago and haven't missed it a bit.

I did the same, ditching the vest for a fanny pack. But I'm fickle sometimes so now I'm back to a K&H Run/Gun 300. Its really nice, lightweight, and good design.

For the last 5-7 years, my favorite vest has been no vest at all.   Small waist pack and away I go.

When I was using a vest, my absolute favorite was the old 10X.   Long discontinued............

I also have the K&H Run/Gun 300 but have not used it yet, gained some weight and it would not fit me. Losing weight again now, hope to use it this Spring.

If you're planning on carrying many birds out of the woods, any vest with a large game bag for me!

Any time I find a vest I really like I make a terrible mistake. I only buy the one. Turkey vests are like cars...they change them every year, and not necessarily for the better.

I don't have a favorite.  Every vest I try has something I love about it AND something I hate about it.

I  converted to  a Glenda Green satchel. No going back to a vest after using her satchel.
