This is my latest call .don't under estimated this wood it has a awesome sound . capped off with a piece of Santos mahogany . enjoyed turning this one .

Genuine LV is a great wood for trumpets, has a unique sound to it, at least to my ears.....that is a nice piece, on the light color side for sure.

No doubt, I keep an eye out for GLV..... I recently found a large number of Bois de Rose blanks, bought them all, it is nearly impossible to get now and it is banned as well.

Looks good it will change colors after awhile. I have one from SC Possum and it’s looking greenish in a couple spots. It’s got a nice sound.
