What if something happened to your turkey calls-Box calls specifically and you had to start over and you could only get on 5 call makers waiting list. I know there's some top notch calls you can get now with no wait or a reasonably short wait but I'm talking about the big time guys that have a substantial waiting time. Who's list would you want to get on first. In my limited time with custom calls I would think Williams, Watkins, maybe Dawkins but I'm sure there's call makers that I've never even heard of. So if you had to pick 5 or so who would it be?

Derek Tereza is turning out some incredible sounding calls.

The guy is one of the best if not the best I have seen at running a box.

After getting over the loss of over $10k worth of box calls I'd get in touch with Watkins, Johnson, Lapp, Dawkins, and McKamey to work on replacing them.

Mine would be
#1- Marlin Watkins for a Fiddle Paddle
#2- Billy Buice for a trumpet
#3- Mark Cornius for any of his pots but would like another green slate
#4- Mr. Sneed for one of his green glass friction calls, I don't recall what he calls them.
#5- Matt Faulkerson or Richard Hudson for a Hen Box, I only put Matt's name first because I own one of his and I have never even held a Richard Hudson Hen Box but his reputation tells me his stuff is high quality.

Honorable mention to Derrick Stuckey and his Tulipwood Striker and David Halloran for his one piece Ipe Striker.

I do not have nor have I used many of the  "big time guys" , the only two "big time guys" I own from are Marlin Watkins and Matt Fulkerson so they are on my list, from there I just go from reputation and my interest.
