Billingby Road Taxidemry is who I would use. Owner’s name is Ryan Scearce. He is up in Paris, Tn which is a stretch for you but I would say it is worth it.

I’ll second Billingsby Road. Ryan did a great job on my bird.  He’s one of the best in the world.
