I was patterning lb one day and just for giggles i tried fed grand slams 3 inch 13/4 oz #4 @40 yards in my 835 using lb choke .683 i got 2 hits around the beak. very open. Have any of you tried this load through a lb choke? That said my standard for this mossberg is the old fed 3 inch 2 oz #4 using factory .695 choke and has done very well. I wonder if them wad rings affected it. Just some thought.
