well I was wrong, I typed in Fords name and a article came up written by Mike Giles in February of this year, it has Fords number to call and get one.

  Just wanted to post this if anyone is interested, Ford Mangum is now 91 years old and still putting together his trough calls. I bought a slate and glass about a month ago and they are unique and sound great and his aluminum is now on the way. If anyone interested in a great trough from a good guy give him a call.

Mr. Ford is a good man. He lives about 15 mins from me. If anyone is considering getting a GREAT trough call, you need to go ahead and get one. You won't be sorry, they are killers. Best sounding trough I've ever heard. I have the glass. Mr. Ford's favorite is the aluminum.

   His troughs are 50 apiece plus shipping he offers slate,glass, and aluminum and i called Ford twice 6:30-7:00 pm his number is 601-732-6493. Real good guy and great troughs mine are dated 2014 and 2015 I think he has the parts to them and is putting them together still but assuming they are predated. The wood he uses is cedar and the strikers as well they look kinda like a pencil really neat and unique! If someone is willing i can send a photo of mine to their email and if they know how to post they can, have had trouble on here when I have tried.
